Viper AS380C (Mains-Powered): Operates on standard 240V mains power with a 15-metre commercial power cable. It delivers continuous, 24/7 runtime with no battery degradation or recharging downtime, and has a lower initial purchase price.
Viper AS380B (Battery-Powered): Runs on internal 24V AGM batteries for up to 1.5–2 hours of cable-free cleaning, eliminating trip hazards in busy public spaces.

❓ How long is the power cable on the Viper AS380C, and can I use an extension lead?
💬 The AS380C is fitted with a heavy-duty 15-metre commercial mains cable, offering a wide cleaning radius from any standard UK 3-pin 230V/240V wall socket. If an extension lead is required, ensure it is a commercial-grade, heavy-gauge cable (minimum 1.5mm² core) fully uncoiled to prevent voltage drop and motor overheating.

❓ Does the AS380C leave floors wet, or dry them immediately?
💬 The AS380C cleans and dries in a single pass. As the front 380mm brush scrubs solution into the floor, the rear 490mm curved parabolic squeegee and 300W suction motor instantly recover dirty wastewater into the top tank. Floors are left clean, touch-dry, and safe to walk on immediately, eliminating slip risks in active kitchens and retail spaces.

❓ Can the Viper AS380C be fitted with floor pads as well as scrubbing brushes?
💬 Yes. The machine comes standard with a 15-inch (380mm) polypropylene scrubbing brush for deep-cleaning grouted tiles and uneven safety flooring. You can also fit an optional 15-inch quick-release pad holder (sold separately) drive board to run colour-coded floor pads (such as red for daily maintenance cleaning or white for delicate polishing on sealed surfaces).

💬 The machine features a dual-tank system with a 15-litre clean solution tank and a 15-litre dirty water recovery tank. To empty, release the side latches and lift the recovery tank off using its integrated carry handle, allowing you to pour dirty water directly into a sink, sluice, or toilet. It also features a bottom drain cap for rapid draining.
