I ordered a SEBO D4 and was told it was delayed. Michael explained the SEBO UK shortage clearly, kept my order open while I looked at alternatives, and offered to switch me to the D9 Professional. He answered every question promptly, including the warranty difference, and was upfront that the D9 has a 1-year warranty. It was dispatched when he said it would and arrived on the day promised. I would buy from them again.
I bought an original red Henry Hoover how many years ago? This brush came with it now the brush is a bit worn and I've been trying for a long time to find a replacement. It's great for rugs and hard floors.
Well built and powerful. Hopefully will last for years
Very nice fragrance. Would highly recommend for all bagged vacuum cleaner.
So far so good, easy to assemble, very impressed with speed of delivery and order process. Best price I found also, having shopped around for some time.
Very good suction power, I am pleased with my purchase.
Does what it says on the box 😃
I've been thinking about getting one of these dusting brushes for some time as they come in handy for 'little job around the house. This large dusting brush is ideal for what I want it for, it appears to be well made and was delivered in mighty-quick time.

Pro stong vacuum
Excellent vacuum cleaner and the service from M K Floortec Limited was faultless. Thank you.
Very good 👍😊
Genuine sebo parts always a must, supply quick and efficient
Great product and easy company to deal with. The lowest priced M-class vacuum out there and ideal for my small woodworking shop.
I would like to thank you for the excellent service and support. It was a pleasure doing business with your company. The product arrived exactly as described, and I truly appreciate your professionalism, prompt communication, and attention to detail.
Thank you for making the entire purchasing process smooth and pleasant. I look forward to doing business with Floortec again in the future.
We're really happy with it - a familiar 'Henry' hoover but with higher capacity and HEPA allergy filters - and as it's a commercial model, it was a bit cheaper than the equivalent domestic model. We also appreciated the complete lack of plastic in the packaging - all done with cardboard and paper bags.
MK Floortek offered a keen price and unbelievably fast delivery (yes, it really did come the next day!) - another bonus.
