We invite you to reach out for assistance with your vacuum cleaner and cleaning machinery repairs. Our team will assess whether we can help with your issue; if so, you can bring your machine to our store for an accurate diagnosis. Please note that we cannot accurately diagnose problems via email or phone. Our trained professional engineers will conduct any agreed-upon repairs and inform you when your machine is ready for collection, allowing you to resume your cleaning tasks promptly.
Additionally, we offer a wide selection of vacuum cleaner spare parts, consumables, and accessories, including dust bags, filters, brush rollers, replacement batteries, and more. However, please be aware that we do not provide local collection and delivery services for domestic machines. Furthermore, we do not service or repair domestic carpet cleaning machines such as VAX and Bissell due to manufacturers’ limitations in supplying spare parts.
