Shipping policy

• All orders with a value of above £99 including VAT will be shipped FREE.
• Orders amounting to less than £99 including VAT, will incur our standard delivery charge of £3.50 inc VAT
• Products marked as in stock on our online store will be dispatched either on the same day or the next day following order confirmation. Customers can anticipate delivery within 1 to 4 working days.
• Orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday. We currently provide delivery to addresses in mainland England and Wales ONLY and we do not ship outside of the UK.
• Orders qualifying for free shipping that include various items may be delivered in multiple shipments, based on the availability of stock. If this occurs, we will inform you and provide tracking information for your order.

Large Items

Delivery for large machines typically takes 2-7 working days, it can take up to 15 working days on rare occasions. Trolleys may take 3-10 working days.
If the delivery exceeds these timeframes, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order to inform you of the delay. Alternatively, feel free to reach out to us before placing an order to verify stock availability and delivery timelines. If you need a machine urgently, contact us for a more accurate delivery timescale.

Small Items

This category includes vacuum bags, hoses, and various smaller accessories. Typically, these items are shipped the same day via courier with a delivery timeframe of 2-5 working days. If the product doesn’t qualify for 'Free Delivery,' a carriage fee of £3.50 may apply.

Backorder Items

Parts and accessories that are marked as backordered are typically delivered within 5 to 10 working days.

Certain items may not be readily available in our inventory or with the manufacturer, which means a production run will be necessary to manufacture the item. Typically, custom-built items are delivered within 5 to 15 working days. However, for specific products, delivery may take up to 2 to 4 weeks. If you require a backordered item urgently, please contact us for a more precise delivery timeline. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Please be aware the delivery times listed on our product pages are estimates based on the best information provided by our manufacturers. Most items are typically delivered within these timeframes. If an ordered item is projected to exceed the displayed delivery timeline, we will inform you within 24 hours with updated delivery information. We will do our utmost to meet your needs.

Delivery Expectations In the event of severe weather conditions or a natural disaster that makes a delivery route impassable, your package may experience delays. These unforeseen interruptions, referred to as "acts of God," are beyond anyone's control, and MK Floortec (the trading name of M.K. Floortec Services Ltd) will not be responsible for any resulting delays.
