We're really happy with it - a familiar 'Henry' hoover but with higher capacity and HEPA allergy filters - and as it's a commercial model, it was a bit cheaper than the equivalent domestic model. We also appreciated the complete lack of plastic in the packaging - all done with cardboard and paper bags.

MK Floortek offered a keen price and unbelievably fast delivery (yes, it really did come the next day!) - another bonus.

I bought this Extractor because I had the use of one for 5 years whilst working for a joinery company, never had a problem with it.
Keep cleaning the filters and change bag and you can't go wrong.
The ad shows a generic pic of a European model with 2 pin 110v.
You will receive a uk model with the uk standard 110 plugs.......
