Viper AS380B & AS380C Squeegee Blade Set – Blue Polyurethane (VF89807-PU & VF89808-PU)
Restore peak water recovery and keep floors dry and safe with the genuine Viper Blue Polyurethane (PU) Squeegee Blade Set. Engineered specifically for the compact Viper AS380B (battery-powered) and AS380C (mains-powered) micro-scrubber dryers, this complete front and rear replacement blade set delivers maximum liquid pickup, superior tear resistance, and high chemical durability across demanding commercial environments.
Machine Compatibility & Part Numbers
This squeegee blade set is directly compatible with the following Viper micro-scrubber dryers:
- Viper AS380B (Battery-Powered Compact Walk-Behind Scrubber Dryer)
- Viper AS380C (Mains-Powered Compact Walk-Behind Scrubber Dryer)
Heavy-Duty Upgrade from Factory Red Rubber Blades
These Blue Polyurethane (PU) squeegee blades are a high-performance upgrade over the standard Red gum rubber blades supplied with the machine from new.
While standard red gum rubber blades perform well on basic smooth surfaces, they are prone to rapid wear, tearing on rough floors, and swelling when exposed to grease, oils, or harsh cleaning chemicals. Upgrading to this Blue PU set provides significantly higher abrasion resistance and chemical defense—delivering longer service life and consistently dry, streak-free floors.
High-Performance Blue Polyurethane Construction
- Exceptional Oil & Chemical Resistance: Polyurethane formulation resists swelling, warping, and breakdown from petroleum products, cooking oils, fats, and aggressive floor cleaning chemicals.
- Extended Wear Life: Outlasts standard red gum rubber blades by up to 3 to 5 times, offering superior tear strength and abrasion resistance on rough, tiled, or resin floors.
- Streak-Free Water Pickup: Precision-cut edges create a tight floor seal under vacuum, ensuring immediate water recovery to minimise slip-and-fall risks in busy public areas.
- 4-Sided Usage: Both blades are designed to be rotated and flipped, allowing you to use all four edges before replacement is required for maximum cost efficiency.
Key Product Features
- Complete Front & Rear Set: Includes 1x Slotted Front Blade (VF89807-PU) and 1x Solid Rear Blade (VF89808-PU).
- Exact Factory Fit: Manufactured to original manufacturer specifications for quick, seamless replacement into the curved squeegee casting.
- Versatile Commercial Performance: Ideal for kitchens, restaurants, food production, garages, retail spaces, and healthcare facilities.
