Numatic 911501 12.5m Yellow Plug-in Mains Cable PPR Series
Keep your commercial vacuum cleaner running safely and efficiently with the Genuine Numatic 911501 12.5m Yellow Mains Cable.
Designed specifically for Numatic’s ProPlug (PPR) commercial vacuum cleaner series, this 12.5-metre high-visibility lead features a standard UK 3-pin BS plug on one end and the official Numatic NU17S quick-disconnect socket plug on the other. This cable supercedes the older black part number 236155.
Machine Compatibility
The Numatic 911501 12.5m Yellow Cable is designed for all Numatic commercial dry vacuum cleaners equipped with the ProPlug / NU17S internal plug-in handle socket, including:
- Numatic PPR Series (Rewind Models): PPR170, PPR170H, PPR240, PPR370
- Numatic PPT Series: PPT220, PPT370
- Numatic PVR Series: PVR200, PVR370
Note: Please verify that your vacuum head features the internal detachable NU17S plug socket connection with locating lugs prior to ordering.
This cable is engineered to fit directly into retractable (rewinding) mains cable models where the connection socket is housed internally within the motor head of the vacuum. Please note that while the NU17S plug connector may look similar to a standard domestic IEC "kettle" lead, it is uniquely designed with two specialised cut-outs. These precision cut-outs are required to slot securely into the recessed internal socket on the vacuum cleaner head, ensuring a tight seal and preventing standard cables from being incorrectly inserted.
Numatic's clever ProPlug system allows operators to swap out a damaged or worn power cable in seconds directly on site—eliminating costly engineer call-outs, downtime, or complex internal rewiring.
Key Features & Benefits
- Genuine OEM Numatic Spare Part: Part Number 911501 (replaces legacy black cable part number 236155).
- Fits Internal Socket & Cable Reel Models: Designed specifically for retractable/rewinding cable drum models where the power socket sits inside the motor head assembly.
- Proprietary NU17S Connector: Features specific dual cut-outs engineered exclusively to fit Numatic ProPlug socket housings (will not fit standard IEC kettle sockets).
- ProPlug Quick-Change System: Allows immediate, tool-free cable replacement directly on site without opening the motor housing.
- High-Visibility Yellow Flex: High-vis yellow jacket alerts staff and the public to trailing wires, significantly reducing slip and trip hazards in commercial environments.
- Generous 12.5-Metre Reach: Provides an extensive cleaning range across offices, corridors, and school halls without constantly switching wall sockets.
- Commercial-Grade Durability: Built with heavy-duty 0.75mm² 2-core flex designed to withstand continuous pulling, twisting, and daily commercial cleaning demands.
Why Choose Genuine Numatic Spare Parts?
Using non-genuine or pattern power leads on commercial cleaning equipment can lead to loose electrical connections, arc damage, and failed PAT tests. Fitting an authentic Numatic 911501 ProPlug lead ensures exact tolerances, correct strain relief, and total insulation integrity—keeping your operators safe and your equipment fully compliant with UK health and safety regulations.
