Numatic 208454 - 208610 TT1840 36MM Wheel & Axle Pin Kit - Squeegee Blade Suction Tool Castor Wheel and Pin
Numatic 208454 - 208610 TT1840 36MM Wheel & Axle Pin Kit. This kit is specifically designed for all Numatic 1840 floor scrubber dryer machines. The caster wheels and axle pins are located on the squeegee suction tool at the bottom of the unit, where wastewater is collected. (Please see image 3 for placement reference).
If these caster wheels and axle pins are missing or worn, the squeegee blade suction tool may not be positioned correctly, leading to poor suction and subpar movement of the squeegee blade suction tool.
This kit includes:
- 1 x 36mm Diameter Caster Wheel - 208454
- 1 x Axle Pin - 208610
In total, there should be three caster wheels and pins fitted on the squeegee suction bar.
To fit Numatic Floor Scrubber models;
- TT 1840
- TTB 1840
Please note that a complete squeegee suction tool should include a total of three caster wheels and axle pins. This kit contains one complete set of 1 x 36mm Diameter Castor Wheel - 208454 and 1 x Axle Pin - 208610. If you need more than one kit, kindly add the desired number of kits to your basket.

- All orders with a value of above £99 including VAT will be shipped FREE.
- Orders amounting to less than £99 including VAT, will incur our standard delivery charge of £3.50 including VAT
- Products marked as in stock on our online store will be dispatched either on the same day or the next working day following order confirmation. Customers can anticipate delivery within 1 to 4 working days.
- Larger Items may have a longer delivery schedule. This will be displayed under the product price. This is an estimated timeframe.
- Orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday. We currently provide delivery to addresses in mainland England and Wales ONLY and we DO NOT ship outside of the UK.
