Nilfisk 107420373 H-Class HEPA PTFE Filter Element 185 x 140
The Nilfisk 107420373 H-Class HEPA PTFE Filter Element (Ø185 x 140 mm) is a certified, high-efficiency replacement cartridge filter engineered for demanding industrial hazardous dust recovery. Built with non-stick, heavy-duty PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) membrane media, this filter achieves certified H-Class / H14 filtration efficiency—retaining 99.995% of respirable micro-particles down to 0.3 microns.
Machine Compatibility
The Nilfisk 107420373 PTFE Filter Element is the direct factory-original replacement for Nilfisk single-phase hazardous extractors:
- Nilfisk AERO 26-2H PC (110V & 230V Models)
Designed primarily for the Nilfisk AERO 26-2H PC and compatible hazardous dust extractors, this washable, long-life cartridge provides the critical secondary containment barrier required under COSHH and HSE regulations when handling highly hazardous particulates. The non-stick PTFE surface prevents fine powders from embedding deep inside the filter pleats, ensuring rapid dust cake release during semi-automatic filter cleaning cycles (Push&Clean) to maintain maximum airflow and suction power.
Key Features & Operational Benefits
- Certified H-Class / HEPA 14 Filtration: Tested and certified to capture 99.995% of toxic, pathogenic, and carcinogenic particulates down to 0.3 microns.
- Durable Non-Stick PTFE Membrane: Smooth fluoropolymer surface allows fine powders to release instantly during cleaning cycles, dramatically slowing down surface blinding.
- Full COSHH & HSE Compliance: Maintains statutory compliance when extracting high-risk dusts, including respirable crystalline silica (RCS), asbestos residue, lead, mold spores, and toxic chemical powders.
- Washable & Reusable Media: Unlike conventional cellulose or fragile glass-fibre HEPA filters, the resilient PTFE membrane is moisture-resistant and can be gently rinsed and reused, extending service life.
- Aero-Dynamic Airflow Optimisation: Precision pleat geometry delivers low pressure drop, ensuring your extractor consistently exceeds the legally mandated 20 m/s air velocity in the hose.
- Precision Air-Tight Gasket: Moulded elastomer seal prevents unfiltered air bypass around the filter cage, safeguarding the motor turbine from abrasive dust wear.
Why Choose Genuine Nilfisk Over Non-Genuine Filters?
⚠️ Protect Operator Health, Machine Lifespan & Legal Certification
When dealing with Class H hazardous materials, attempting to cut costs with third-party or copycat filters introduces serious operational risks:
- Certified Workplace Safety: Genuine Nilfisk H-Class filters are individually tested and batch-certified to guarantee 99.995% retention. Non-genuine copies frequently use inferior paper or standard polyester media that allows respirable, invisible toxic dust to exhaust directly into the operator's breathing zone.
- PTFE Non-Stick Durability: Authentic Nilfisk filters feature an engineered PTFE membrane that withstands intense pressure differentials and reverse-pulse cleaning. Off-brand filters often tear, delaminate, or permanently blind within hours of use.
- Airtight Canister Seal: Precision-engineered sealing collars eliminate dust blow-by. Unofficial replacements with imprecise dimensional tolerances allow fine abrasive dust into the motor chamber, causing premature motor burnout.
- Audit & COSHH Compliance: Using non-certified filters invalidates your vacuum cleaner's H-Class compliance certification, leaving your site exposed during HSE health and safety inspections.
