Locating your Numatic vacuum cleaner model & suffix is easy; simply look for a silver rating sticker on the head of your vacuum. This sticker can be found under the handle, atop the handle, or on the rear side. It will display a code consisting of three letters followed by three numbers, such as HVR-160, HET-200, or NRV-240. The three numbers indicate the size of the machine's canister. Verify your three numbers against the options listed above.
- All orders with a value of above £99 including VAT will be shipped FREE.
- Orders amounting to less than £99 including VAT, will incur our standard delivery charge of £4.99.
- Products marked as in stock on our online store will be dispatched either on the same day or the next working day following order confirmation. Customers can anticipate delivery within 1 to 4 working days.
- Larger Items may have a longer delivery schedule. This will be displayed under the product price. This is an estimated timeframe.
- Orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday. We currently provide delivery to addresses in mainland England and Wales ONLY and we DO NOT ship outside of the UK.
