This Hepa Numatic Hoover is Excellent. It has 3 layers of filtration, and the suction is oustanding compared to old Henry Hoover. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone with allergies, pets and anyone that wants a machine that performs on hard floors or carpets. MKfloor tec were very helpful and offered faultless customer service. Many thanks to Michael who's communication and advice was second to none.

Coming from an upright Shark, only 1+ weeks in… Pros: incredible suction, robust, easily glides around, muted design looks better in real life, no gimmicks - built for what it needs to do, long cord. Instructions explain how they have to build and test it a certain way to comply with regulations and then give advice on how to tweak it to make it perform better in real world use. Cons: heavy
