The vacuum cleaner is excellent and the service from MK Floortec was outstanding.
There was an issue with the order being lost, however the service received to replace the missing machine was excellent. The website was very useful as it helped me determine which product was the best fit for me.
Prompt hassle free ordering and delivery of an excellent product. I’m very impressed with my Sebo Felix and wish I’d had one years ago. Great on hard floors and carpets tidying up after two hairy dogs.

Only had it for a short while , but so far i'm impressed with its power /quietness I'm hoping the HEPA filtration system will help reduce recirculation of dust etc , like the handy switching on the tool handle which makes switching brush/power on and off easy ,
