I have had my original Sebo hoover for 21 years which gave me great service. Unfortunately I damage and needed to buy a new hoover. I contacted M K Floortec who recommended the new Sebo hoover which I bought. I am delighted with the new Sebo. I bought this Extractor because I had the use of one for 5 years whilst working for a joinery company, never had a problem with it.
Keep cleaning the filters and change bag and you can't go wrong.

The vacuum cleaner is excellent and the service from MK Floortec was outstanding.
There was an issue with the order being lost, however the service received to replace the missing machine was excellent. The website was very useful as it helped me determine which product was the best fit for me.
