This Hepa Numatic Hoover is Excellent. It has 3 layers of filtration, and the suction is oustanding compared to old Henry Hoover. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone with allergies, pets and anyone that wants a machine that performs on hard floors or carpets. MKfloor tec were very helpful and offered faultless customer service. Many thanks to Michael who's communication and advice was second to none.
