Brilliant shop with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We got a Henry for free that was missing a power cable. MK Floortec diagnosed the issue for free with no committment, and called me same day to confirm what repairs were needed and the cost. Was able to collect the next day and at a great, fair price. They also had lots of the accessories but didn’t make me feel pressured to buy things I didn’t need. 10/10, will definitely be using them again
